Frequently asked questions
Why Corporate Pass over running your own buses? +
Running your own buses means paying for fixed capacity whether seats fill or not, usually against a minimum guarantee. Corporate Pass rides on a network of 1,200 buses already on the road, so you add employees onto existing supply with no vehicles to buy and no empty seats to fund. That efficiency means 25-30% lower fares. Every route offers multiple timings with a bus every 15 to 20 minutes, and we can run a route for even a handful of employees, no minimum headcount. It is fully tech-enabled: live tracking, in-app booking, and 24x7 support.
Why Corporate Pass over dedicated cabs? +
A seat costs about ₹4,000-6,000 a month against ₹8,000-10,000 for a cab, at roughly 60% lower CO₂ and no comfort trade-off, since our premium AC seats rival a sedan. 65% of our riders are former car owners who switched for a calmer, more predictable commute: fixed, direct routes with none of the multiple-pickup detouring that slows a cab, the comfort of riding above the traffic, and free rescheduling and timing changes in the app. Employees board at a nodal point about 500m away on average. For late-night trips, we provide cabs. For the daily commute, Corporate Pass is the default.
How do we know the service is safe? +
A clean track record, with nearly half our riders being women and reserved seating for women on every bus. Every vehicle is 100% compliant and periodically maintained, every driver police-verified and background-checked. Each bus carries an AI-powered 3-way safety camera: it warns the driver of collision and lane-departure risks ahead (ADAS), flags fatigue, distraction, or phone use in real time (driver monitoring), and covers the cabin for full accountability and a clear evidence trail (cabin CCTV).
Who is actually on the bus with our employees? +
Every passenger is a registered user with a verified phone number, linked payment method, and fixed boarding point. There is no anonymous, walk-in, or cash ridership, so anyone on board can be identified quickly. On fixed morning and evening slots, we can also enable colleagues from your company to be seated together.
Will our employees always get a seat? +
Yes. Corporate Pass is a reserved-seat product, not standing-room transit. Employees confirm each ride ahead of the shift, and that seat is held for them. Once a trip is scheduled, it runs: we do not cancel prescheduled trips, so a booked employee is never left stranded. On routes where numbers swing, seat buffers and priority booking windows protect access on peak days.
Do you have backup vehicle arrangement? +
Yes, several layers. On busy corridors buses run every 15 to 20 minutes, so the next one is always close. Each cluster carries standby capacity for quick on-road replacement, and our control room tracks every vehicle live and dispatches a backup the moment it is needed. A wide operator network keeps shift-critical movement on time.
Can you add routes or stops for our employees? +
Yes. We plan routes around where your employees live, using their home locations and our ridership on those corridors. New routes or stops start as demand requires. The more of your workforce that joins, the denser the network becomes.
Has any compliance-heavy company trusted this model? +
Yes. It is already used by large multinationals and regulated employers operating under strict EHS and security standards, including sectors where employee safety is formally audited. We are happy to share client references on request.
